The first Rainbow Race in Puerto Vallarta will be held on Sunday, November 12 on Av. Francisco Medina Ascencio at 8:00 a.m. as a promotional activity for the Gay Games in Guadalajara based in Puerto Vallarta. The call is directed to the community in general of Vallarta and the region to run, jog or walk. The area of interaction and departure of the participants will be on the esplanade of the Agustín Flores Contreras Sports Unit (the Stadium).

The objective of the Race is to promote active and healthy lifestyles in the population based on physical activity in the open air, particularly running, and to make visible the LGBTTTIQA+ movement in the fight against discrimination and violence, as well as promoting equality, normalization and recognition of the human rights of the community.
